1:1 coaching in two tracks — learn to sell, and learn to automate your business with Claude Code. Together or separately.
Watch: what the two tracks look like, and who they're for
You see what AI makes possible. You've probably already tried: a YouTube tutorial, a no-code tool, maybe ChatGPT to patch something together. It works right up until it touches your real business — then it breaks, and nobody can tell you why.
On the other side are the people who know how to build. They have a product, a system, sometimes something really good. And no clients, because building and selling are two different jobs, and they only learned the first one.
This program exists for the person who refuses to pick one.
Positioning, offer, prospecting, closing.
From an idea to an automation that actually runs.
A perfect workflow with no clients is worth nothing. Clients with no system behind them, you lose in three months. The two tracks exist because neither holds up without the other.
Samy runs a SaaS in production — Twilio, Postgres, Railway, Anthropic API — with paying clients, and comes from aerospace methods engineering. He's not a content creator: he ships to production, and that's what he teaches you. In the program, he handles your workflows and automations with Claude Code.
Ayoub Daghar is an aerospace engineer by training. He launched several businesses before this one, which taught him something books don't: most projects don't die from a bad product, they die because nobody learned how to sell it. In the program, he handles your positioning, your offer and your prospecting — the part technical founders avoid and non-technical ones underestimate.
One-on-one coaching with no fixed end date: we work with you until you sign your first client. Each session runs 90 minutes. Between sessions, we expect about 3 hours of work a week from you — that's where it actually happens. Both tracks run in parallel: you build your system while you learn to sell it. You can also pick a single track if the other one is already handled.
We discuss it on the call. Pricing depends on where you're starting from and which track you choose — one or both.
No. You need to be comfortable with a computer and willing to learn tools you've never opened. The rest is what the coaching is for.
That depends on you. We stay with you until your first client, as long as you keep up the 3-hours-a-week pace. Some get there in a few weeks, others need longer.
Yes. If you already know how to sell but your back office is slowing you down, take the workflows track. If you have a system running but no clients, take the business track.
Both — your choice.
You have a system you understand and can change yourself, and a sales method that's already worked once. The goal is that you don't need us anymore.
